Admission Information and Process at MPGEI
MPGEI is affiliated with the Department of Education, Rajasthan, and the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer, following the 10+2 education pattern. Our curriculum is designed in alignment with the guidelines set by the Department of Education, the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, and NCERT. MPGEI is dedicated to providing inclusive admissions, welcoming children who are eager to excel academically and participate in extracurricular activities. 															Admission Process
Step 1: Visit Us
- Attend our open mornings on scheduled dates or arrange a personal visit at your convenience.
 - You are welcome to visit as many times as needed. Your child will be invited for a “taster day” to experience lessons with future classmates.
 - New admissions begin in the first week of each academic session.
 
Step 2: Register
- Once you decide to proceed with the application, register your child for an assessment (junior classes) or an entrance examination (senior classes).
 - Complete the registration form thoroughly and submit it with the specified registration fee, your child’s passport-size photo, and a copy of the birth certificate.
 - Registration does not guarantee admission but indicates your interest in the assessment/entrance examination.
 - There is no fixed deadline for registration; however, classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended.
 - Both parents and the child must attend the counseling session.
 - By accepting admission, parents agree to all school rules and regulations, subject to modifications by school authorities.
 
Essential Documents Required:
- Original Transfer Certificate
 - Photocopy of the mark sheet (previous class)
 - Attested photocopies of Transfer Certificate and mark sheet (for board classes only)
 - Birth certificate (for Nursery class)
 - Parents’ identity proof (Aadhar)
